Welcome to Sweetcozymemo. This website is operated by Sweetcozymemo LLC, doing business as Sweetcozymemo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked on our site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and availability. We sell stationery, stickers, memo pads, accessories, apparel, and other items described in our listings. Some items are handmade, made to order, or produced with a production partner. We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and prices are shown on the applicable listing. Slight differences in color, placement, cutting, and finish may occur as described in our Handmade Products & Production Partners Policy.

Orders and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may contact you if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or an apparent listing error needs correction. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the affected amount. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout; we do not receive your full payment card number.

Processing, shipping, returns, and cancellations. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations policies are part of these terms. For made-to-order items, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production begins. Your rights under applicable law, including remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unshipped items, are not limited by this policy.

Use of our site. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders, or copy or exploit site content without permission. We may decline transactions involving suspected fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.

Artwork and content. Sweetcozymemo artwork, designs, photographs, product copy, graphics, and branding belong to us or their respective owners. A purchase of a physical item does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce its design. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

Third-party services and links. Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and other providers help operate the store. External links are offered for convenience; their separate terms and privacy practices apply.

Information and warranties. We work to keep descriptions and site information accurate but may correct typographical errors and update content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or a purchase. Our responsibility for an order remains subject to applicable consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
