Sweetcozymemo is committed to making our online shop accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to improve accessibility toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We are continuing to improve our website and do not currently claim full conformance with this standard.

As we add products and update our website, we work to improve image descriptions, text readability, keyboard navigation, and clear labels. Some content or third-party features may present accessibility barriers. We welcome reports of these issues so we can investigate and work toward improvements.

We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 business days and work with you to provide an accessible alternative. Resolving some technical issues may take longer; when possible, we will provide updates on our progress.
