Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship physical products to the 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Certain products may be unavailable for delivery to specific states due to state-specific requirements or shipping restrictions. Any applicable restrictions will be noted in the product listing. We do not currently ship to Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military and diplomatic addresses, or international destinations. If this changes, we will update our shipping policy, announce the change on our website, and reflect availability in the applicable product listings.

Processing time. Our usual processing time for products made in our studio is 1–2 weeks before shipment. This includes making, printing, preparing, quality-checking, and packing your order. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Items fulfilled by production partners may have different processing times and shipping origins, as noted in their product listings. If a product listing or checkout specifies a different processing timeframe, that timeframe applies to your order. If an item is made by a production partner, its listing may show a different production origin or timeframe. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may vary due to order volume, holidays, or other circumstances. Updated timeframes will be noted in product listings and website announcements. If a delay affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you directly with an updated timeframe and available options.

Transit estimate. After shipment, U.S. delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination, carrier, and service. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping costs, available methods, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent when the carrier provides it.

Delayed or missing packages. Shipping transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier volume, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed, tracking has stopped updating, or your order appears to be missing, please contact hello@sweetcozymemo.com with your order number and tracking information.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check your delivery area, mailbox, household members, and any carrier notices, then contact us for assistance. We will help investigate with the shipping carrier or production partner and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law. A “delivered” tracking status does not automatically prevent us from reviewing your concern.

If we cannot ship your order within the processing timeframe stated when you purchased, we will contact you with a revised shipment date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

Address accuracy and returned parcels. Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. Confirm that it is complete and accurate, including any apartment, suite, or unit number and the correct ZIP code.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact hello@sweetcozymemo.com immediately. Address changes may not be possible once production or fulfillment begins.

If a package is returned to us or our production partner, we will contact you about available reshipment or refund options. Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be discussed with you before reshipping, subject to applicable law.

Marked delivered. Check the address, surrounding delivery area, household members, and carrier notice. Then email us with your order number. We will help investigate and determine the appropriate resolution based on the facts and applicable law.
