Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Many Sweetcozymemo items are handmade, made to order, or created with the help of production partners. Please carefully review the product listing, selected design or variation, size, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Change of mind. Because our products are handmade or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect selection made at checkout, or personal preferences after delivery, except where required by law. Please review your selected design, size, and variation carefully before placing your order.

If you need assistance with your order, contact hello@sweetcozymemo.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or fulfillment begins. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@sweetcozymemo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost where required. Do not discard damaged packaging until we respond. This request window helps us investigate promptly and does not limit rights under applicable law.

Non-delivery or shipping delay. If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and offer the options required by law, including agreeing to a revised date or canceling for a prompt refund. If tracking is marked delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. We will assess lost-package claims individually and provide remedies required by law.

Refund method. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method when possible. Payment providers and banks control when funds appear. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when we determine that a full refund is appropriate because we cannot fulfill your order or unforeseen circumstances prevent fulfillment.

Promotions and discounts. Sweetcozymemo may occasionally offer discount codes, bundle pricing, or free shipping promotions. Each offer is subject to the eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amount, exclusions, and expiration date stated with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively to previous purchases. Discount codes must be entered at checkout, and automatic discounts will appear when the applicable requirements are met. Please confirm that your discount or free shipping offer has been applied before completing your purchase.

If a refund is approved, it will reflect the amount actually paid for the affected item after applicable discounts. For bundles, discounts will be allocated among the included items when calculating a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
