Handmade Products & Production Partners Policy

Sweetcozymemo products are created in our home studio or made with the help of trusted production partners. Items may be printed, cut, assembled, or finished in our studio, or manufactured and shipped by a production partner using our designs. Please review each product listing for materials, dimensions, finishes, and applicable production details.

Handmade and printing variations
Small variations in cut placement, shape, alignment, printed color, and finish may occur between handmade pieces or production batches. Printed colors may vary slightly depending on the materials and printing methods used. Screen settings and lighting may also cause colors to appear different from the finished product.

Dimensions are approximate. Minor size variations may occur due to production, cutting, and measurement methods.

We check studio-made items before shipping. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are addressed under our Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.

Production partner information
A production partner may print, manufacture, package, or ship an item on our behalf. Products feature Sweetcozymemo designs unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Partner-produced items may arrive separately from studio-made products and may have different shipping origins, packaging, processing times, or delivery estimates. Applicable details will be provided in the product listing or order information. Sweetcozymemo remains your point of contact for order assistance, product concerns, and resolutions.

For partner-produced items, descriptions of materials, dimensions, finishes, and care instructions are based on information provided by the production partner. When items are manufactured and shipped directly by a partner, we do not personally inspect or measure each finished item before shipment.

Materials and care
Please follow the care instructions provided in the product listing or included with your item. Paper goods, laminated stickers, apparel, acrylic products, and other materials require different care.

Unless specifically stated in the listing, products should not be assumed to be dishwasher safe, suitable for outdoor use, or permanently waterproof. Refer to the individual listing for product-specific features, limitations, and care instructions.
