This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit www.sweetcozymemo.com, contact us, or purchase from us. Shopify hosts our store and processes information needed to provide the storefront and checkout. Shopify and other providers may process information under their own privacy notices.

Information we collect. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, telephone number, order and purchase history, support messages, marketing preferences, and information you voluntarily provide. Our storefront and service providers may also collect device and browser details, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, cookie identifiers, and shopping interactions. Payment details are handled by checkout/payment providers; we receive transaction status and limited payment details needed for order administration.

How we use it. We use personal information to process and deliver purchases; communicate about orders; answer requests; prevent fraud and secure our site; improve products and shopping experience; comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations; and, if you opt in or as otherwise permitted by law, send marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in a message or by contacting us. Transactional order messages may still be sent.

We may transfer business records in a merger or sale. We do not publish your order information. 

Retention and security. We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. Retention varies by record and legal requirement. We use reasonable safeguards and rely on providers' safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights. Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or use of personal information for targeted advertising.
